Business Development Manager (m/f) Medical Devices


Über die Position

  • Complete the necessary pre and post sales tasks, i.e., prospecting, planning, and attending exhibitions
  • Taking prospective clients through the BSI process and the medical device regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain key accounts within the medical device sector within the specific market, develop market share and new clients
  • Build a long term strategic alliance with the accounts to protect against competitive threats and continue to add value
  • Provide value added solutions to the client by co-coordinating all the resources available to the sales organization
  • Update and follow-up prospect system, orders and sales forecasts, provide market share won/lost information in line with time schedule
  • Completion of specific objectives and focus areas for the business to timescale and within budget
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team & Technical team with an active commitment to client satisfaction
  • Ensuring correct implementation of medical devices sales and pricing strategy, use of SFDC and internal procedures
  • Any other duty required for the effectiveness of the Sales Team

Über Sie

  • Degree level or equivalent education
  • Sales experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and expectations
  • Experience in using a CRM system as an integral part of a previous sales role
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational, time management and problem solving skills
  • Able to communicate complex technical issues
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German
  • Good English (speaking and writing)
