In today’s fast-paced, digital driven business, information and analytics are critical in gaining a competitive advantage and improving performances. BSI Cybersecurity and Information Resilience have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support and Tender Executive based in our Dublin office.

Über die Position

The Sales Support and Tender Executive will work closely with our Sales and Operations Team to coordinate and manage all aspects of our tender process with potential and active clients. They will also be responsible for compiling and analysing a range of data reports to support the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales and tender quotation requests, within set KPI’s
  • Review and format all tender content, ensuring submissions follow a consistent and clear format
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues on tender request
  • Project Manage deadlines to key stakeholders in order that submissions are on target
  • Generate standard or custom reports summarising business, financial, or economic data for review by managers, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Analyse and maintain existing and future data through the use of tools such as SQL and Harmony
  • Project and forecast full year sales, margin versus budget on a bi monthly basis
  • Manage sales progress reports according to agreed timeframes.

Über Sie

You will have a mix of business and analytical experience. You will enjoy working in a fast passed environment and be skilled in writing and producing compelling tender documents. You will have great organisational skills, strong communication skills and be proficient in reporting.


You will have the majority of the following skills and experience:

  • Degree qualification
  • Experience in managing full cycle tender submissions and sales support experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write quality and compelling tender documents
  • Structured and organised with excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Expert level Excel and strong SQL (preferably MS SQL Server) skills
  • Data modelling skills - desirable
  • Other related reporting - analytical skills/ database skills would be an advantage.
