    We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us working in Frankfurt as

     

    HR Advisor (m/f) DACH Region

    Purpose of Position

     

    Acting in a stand-alone capacity as an integral member of the DACH team, support the delivery of a proactive and professional HR service to the German business and provide an efficient HR administration support to the wider DACH.

     

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

     

    • Responsible for providing an administration service to support the activities undertaken by the HR team, including starter, leavers, transfers for the DACH region
    • Provide first line support and guidance to employees on HR policies
    • Ensure that all essential manual and electronic records for staff are properly maintained and that relevant management information is reported accurately and in a timely manner
    • Ensure accuracy of any paperwork and SAP amendments relating to employment issues
    • Responsible for absence management
    • Responsible for recruitment process by advertising, coordinating and attending first interviews
    • Coordinate local activities with Authorities and Insurance companies
    • Responsible for creation and maintenance of employment contracts and employment related documents
    • Support onboarding process for new starter, monitor and track trial period
    • Provide support and guidance to line managers/employees on HR systems
    • Support the production of Management information and KPI on key HR metrics relating to business area
    • Support colleagues when necessary to ensure that the highest standards of HR services are delivered through continually reviewing and improving processes
    • Carry out or contribute to ad-hoc projects as required, to support the achievement of department and functional objectives
    • Proactively keep abreast of legislation changes.

    • Experience of working within a pressurised, commercial business
    • High standards of accuracy, quality and efficiency and a strong customer focus
